As our Internal Sales Representative & Estimator, you're stepping into a role that's key to our operation. You'll be at the forefront of connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the right products and solutions that lead to successful sales.
What you'll do:
- Prepare quote documents for projects
- Take equipment readings according to plans and specifications
- Make equipment selections and cost estimates
- Prepare quotes and follow up with customers
- Oversee BDSQ and SEAO projects
- Customize product designs based on client requirements, ensuring a perfect fit;
- Handle client and external representative inquiries with a responsive and helpful attitude;
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction with proactive follow-up and communication;
- Address client questions, concerns, and feedback efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC estimating/Inside Sales
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
